As a Registered Social Worker with roughly 20 years of experience, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal struggles. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, EMDR, ACT, EFT, the Gottman Method, CPT, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also integrate mindfulness-based approaches like MBSR and MBCT to support healing and resilience. Whether you’re seeking growth, clarity, or relief, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, safety, and support. I look forward to learning more about you, what your goals are, and how I can support you in achieving them.
